Hi, I’m Jennifer, the creator and heart behind Ageless Glow and Grace. I’m a Gen Xer who wears many hats—writer, Christian, introvert, empath, wife, mom, and sober woman on a mission. I believe wholeheartedly that reaching the age of 50 and beyond doesn’t mean our stories are over. In fact, they’re just getting interesting.

Ageless Glow and Grace was born out of a desire to connect with women who, like me, have seen some things in life and still thirst for what comes next. This space is where we can explore what it means to live fully—embracing our minds, nourishing our bodies, nurturing our spirits, and taking control of our provisions. At this stage, we’re not just concerned with one part of our lives; we’re juggling our health, faith, emotional well-being, purpose, relationships, and even our confidence and finances.

Standing here now, life has been a mix of surprises and grace. It didn’t quite roll out as anticipated, and yet, perhaps that’s where the beauty lies. My foundation is deeply rooted in my faith and relationship with God—it’s that foundation that anchored me through trials like addiction, grief, and depression. Three very real and personal demons, yet by His grace, I have been sober for over twelve years.

I’m not here to pretend I have all the answers. Far from it—I’m continually learning and growing, often chuckling to myself when things get uncertain. But I do know that sharing our stories can make a difference. With Ageless Glow and Grace, I aim to honestly discuss the realities of womanhood after 50, including creating a life and career in health and wellness affiliate marketing, our focus in the next section.
